She will guide you through a supported practice catered to all levels. Our studio is equipped with a range of yoga props that aid in both making yoga more accessible and enhancing the strength of your practice.
7am Wednesdays

Mondays 9:30am
This is a gentle yoga class practiced from a chair for those days where getting down onto the mat might be a bit difficult.
This class is also perfect for seniors or for those with mobility issues. Please notify our knowledgeable team members if you have any issues so we can cater for your personal journey.
Fridays 12pm
This yoga class is suitable for all levels with props, blocks, straps, and bolsters to support or enhance your practice.
Enjoy a gentle, joy filled class, you just need to bring yourself and a water bottle.
Saturdays 12pm
The benefits of Pre-Natal Yoga

Pre-natal yoga provides you with breathing techniques you can also use during labour while the yoga asanas prepare the body physically.
As your body grows so can your discomfort. Pre-natal yoga classes aim to relive these aches and pains.
Pregnancy isn’t always the beautiful glow we’re told it will be. Sometimes all you need is to take a few deep breaths and see that you’re not alone in what you’re experiencing and other times it’s best to connect with additional support and services
Yin Yoga is a slower and arguably more relaxing and gentle approach to yoga - suitable for all levels.
We focus more on passive stretching postures using bolsters, mats and straps.
Turn your focus inward and stretch deep into the connective tissues of the body – the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks.
Mondays 10:45am
This is one of our postpartum fitness classes - a yoga class for you and your baby!
The emphasis is on opening and relaxing tension in the shoulders, neck, and arms - which is often the result of endless of rocking and feeding your baby to sleep. Also focusing on strengthening the pelvic floor, regaining abdominal strength and alleviating back pain.
This movement practice helps regulate the nervous system and brings balance to the endocrine system - creating balance between your physical needs and your emotional state. This class also promotes a nurturing community for post-partum and early parenthood support.
Aerial Yoga combines the use of traditional yoga asanas with the aerial arts. This movement practice is taught from a silk hammock or sling that’s suspended from the ceiling.
The apparatus allows for a greater range of movement and deeper stretches because of the support provided.
