Lyra/ Aerial Hoop class for high beginner and intermediate levels. Aerial fitness fundamentals, intermediate tricks and combos.
You will need to have been to our Introduction to Lyra class, or have had experience with Lyra before and be willing to be assessed.
A yoga class practiced with the support of an aerial yoga hammock. Open to all levels but yoga experience is required. Start with a mat based class if you are completely new to yoga.

A slow and meditative yoga class blending together gentle yoga styles. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness or experience.

*Current or previous attendance of Beginner Pole Tricks classes is a requirement for this class as the choreography is all about building on beginner pole tricks, combos and transitions.

With a focus on mindful movement for harmony and balance. Expect a long meditation and deeper emotional practice beyond physical yoga asana. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness or experience.

We are transitioning our prenatal yoga classes to be offered as a 6 week course.
These classes will now be 90 minutes long and held at 2pm Saturday afternoons in a 6 week block a few times each year.

Our timetable continues to grow as our small business expands. Timetable is subject to change and will be reviewed both monthly and seasonally.
Private classes can be 1:1 or for you and a group of friends. Hens parties are also welcome!
