Pre-natal yoga can improve sleep, reduce stress and prepare you for labour both mentally & physically alongside alleviating pregnancy aches and pains. Pregnancy can be a challenging time amongst all of the excitement so starting a gentle and safe yoga practice is the perfect activity to carve out time to connect to your breath, to your baby and yourself.
Our instructor Courtney provides a feminine approach through her Bliss Baby Yoga Teacher Training. As a mother herself she knows first hand how pregnancy changes the body and how sharing your pregnancy journey with like-minded mums-to-be can make the experience so much more special.
Prenatal yoga is best for women in their second or third trimester but reach out to us for a chat if you’re wanting to get started sooner.
