What can you expect?
Dive into the world of aerial sports, mindful movement and fun with thrilling activities that will keep your kids active and engaged!
Our 10 week terms take your children through our range of aerial apparatuses alongside fun warmup games and a guided meditation to finish in our aerial yoga hammocks. These 60 minute classes are a holistic approach to children's fitness for children aged 6 - 16 years.
✨ Lyra (Aerial Hoop):
Let your child soar through the air! In our Lyra classes, they'll explore graceful movements, develop strength, and unleash their inner performer. With safety as our top priority, they’ll be twirling and hanging with ease!
Mini Hoop:
A smaller and thicker hoop than our lyras can often make our aerial hoop tricks more accessible for children. They also open up a new world of tricks and fun!
🌈 Hammock Adventures:
Swing, twist, and fly in our aerial hammock classes! Kids will have a blast learning to float and flip in the air, all while gaining strength and confidence. It's like being a superhero!
🏋️ Pole Fitness:
Who says pole fitness is just for adults? Our kid-friendly classes focus on strength, flexibility, and fun! Kids will safely learn basic moves, build core strength, and feel empowered while spinning and climbing!
Kids Yoga:
Find your balance and inner peace! Through fun poses, games, and storytelling, kids will explore mindfulness and relaxation techniques. It’s a perfect way to unwind while improving flexibility and focus.

With a range of props and equipment to physically support you in your practice alongside our kind and caring instructors offering mental/emotional support here in Yeppoon.
