Dive into the world of aerial sports, mindful movement and fun with thrilling activities that will keep your kids active and engaged!
Our 10 week terms take your children through our range of aerial apparatuses alongside fun warmup games and a guided meditation to finish in our aerial yoga hammocks. These 60 minute classes are a holistic approach to children's fitness for children aged 7 - 15 years. Older teens are encouraged to book into our adults classes.
Each program is designed to inspire creativity, foster friendships, and cultivate a love for movement. Whether your child is a budding performer or just looking to try something new, our programs promises unforgettable memories and endless fun!
