Aerial Fitness - Dance - Yoga
Starting on Monday 19th January our temporary classes will commence at the beautiful Queen Street Hall.
No dance experience required. Our choreography is beginner friendly with options to advance for our regular dancers. Chair dance asks you to get out of your head and into your body. To be in touch with your sensual side, to find freedom in moment and let go of self-judgement. Step into your feminine embodiment in this fun class!
Inspired by yoga this blend of aerial fitness conditioning is taught on a mat. We will focus on both passive and active flexibility, back and shoulder mobility and targeted exercises for achieving your silks, lyra and pole tricks. We’ve taken aerial fitness from the air and grounded you on your mat - mind, body and soul.

Playful and creative, dance is more than a fitness class. Promoting self-expression and emotional regulation, our dance classes connect you to your body in a whole new way. We have classical ballet styles, sensual feminine flow and strong chair tricks.

The union of the mind, body and soul. Everything from traditional mat-based yoga, meditation and breathwork to flying through the air in an aerial yoga hammock. We love to support you with props to get the most out of your class.
We are currently operating out of temporary spaces while we search for the right space to call home. We require tall ceilings (min 4m) for our aerial rigging but need an affordable space as our business is niche and we have few experienced instructors to run classes.
